Credit references - a credit reference will be taken on your personal number. Please therefore make sure we have the correct number when you register. Orders under 1000kr will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt, and an invoice will be sent in the following few days. For orders over 1000kr payment will be requested before goods are despatched. Payment is to our Bank Giro account, within 15 days.
Availability If any items you have ordered are out of stock, we will email you and give you the option of waiting until all the goods are available.

Packages under 1kg are sent via Posten and you will be notified by them when the package is ready to collect from your local collection point. Packages over 1kg are sent via DHL and you will be notified via SMS when your pacakge is ready to be collected from your local DHL collection point. Please take into allowance packing materials and box when calculating weight of your order!
